 * Strong networking experience and understanding of network protocols
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues
 * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

## Description

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure their systems meet Nordstrom's standards for operational excellence.
 * Mentor team members and other engineers on best practices in SRE.
 * Lead the design and implementation of projects aimed at improving operational excellence across the Technology Team.
 * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and scalability.
 * Develop and refine tools and automation to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
 * Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for critical issues and incidents.
 * Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual efforts through automation.
 * Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation for systems and procedures.
