 * Einrichtung, Administration und Lifecycle-Management von Clients und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-365-, Intune- und Mobile-Device-Management-Umgebungen
 * Unterstützung strukturierter Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozesse inklusive Dokumentation und Asset-Management
 * Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von IT-Service-Management-Strukturen, Ticketsystemen und zentralen Wissensdatenbanken
 * Unterstützung beim Betrieb von Kommunikations- und Monitoringsystemen sowie digitalen Anzeigeplattformen
