## Description

* Leitung von Teilprojekten mit Verantwortung für die fachliche, terminliche und ressourcenorientierte Umsetzung
 * Überwachung der Einhaltung definierter Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
 * Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten Bearbeitung eingehender Incidents sowie proaktive Kommunikation bei Abweichungen und Risiken
 * Prüfung von Voranalysen des 2nd-Level-Supports und Entscheidung über Eskalationen an den 3rd-Level-Support
 * Verantwortung für den operativen Support in kritischen Projektphasen (z. B. Go-Live) sowie Sicherstellung einer stabilen und reibungslosen Inbetriebnahme
 * Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden während der gesamten Projekt- und Incident-Kommunikation, insbesondere im Anforderungs- und Incident-Management
