## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder ein Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Systemadministration oder ERP-Betreuung, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen sowie der Microsoft-Windows-Umgebung und Microsoft 365; Erfahrungen mit GUS-OS sowie Kenntnisse in Netzwerken, Servern und IT-Sicherheit sind von Vorteil
 * Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Prozessverständnis
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und eine hohe Serviceorientierung sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
 * Gute Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert

## Description

* Administration, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems sowie der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur
 * Planung, Einführung und Betreuung von Hard- und Softwarelösungen einschließlich Installation, Konfiguration, Updates und Benutzerverwaltung
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard-, Software- und Netzwerkstörungen sowie Unterstützung bei IT- und ERP-Fragen
 * Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse sowie Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs- und IT-Projekten
 * Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister, Erstellung von Systemdokumentationen und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem ERP-Systemhaus
