## About the Role

* Minimum 8 years of experience as a Product Owner in data-related initiatives, Data Management, Data Analysis, or Customer Data domains.
 * Strong expertise in Data Management concepts, including Data Quality, Data Governance, and Unstructured Data Management.
 * Good understanding of Data Architecture concepts, including Data Flows, APIs, and Data Platforms.
 * Proven experience within the Customer Data domain and customer-related processes, ideally in the insurance industry.
 * Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), deduplication processes, and customer data frameworks.
 * Hands-on experience in global Customer 360 initiatives, including scoping, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution design.
 * Knowledge of Data Product and Data Mesh concepts.
 * Experience with Know Your Customer (KYC), eKYC, and eIDV initiatives.
 * Fluent English is mandatory.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in multicultural environments.
 * Permanent contract with Neotalent Conclusion, working exclusively for the client.
 * International and dynamic environment with English as the working language.

## Description

* Lead the development and evolution of customer data definitions, frameworks, and best practices across multiple entities.
 * Contribute to the definition of data requirements covering data quality, governance, data products, architecture, platforms, and unstructured data management.
 * Define and support data quality and data readiness assessments to measure business and data maturity across entities.
 * Design and contribute to the delivery of data quality and data readiness dashboards using Power BI.
 * Define and support the implementation of data quality remediation plans aligned with business objectives.
 * Collaborate closely with Group Data Office teams, Data Architects, Data Governance specialists, and business stakeholders.
 * Support strategic initiatives related to Compliance, Growth, Customer Data, Customer 360, and AI solutions.
 * Engage with international stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate standards, regulations, and local constraints.
 * Drive consistency and scalability of customer data solutions across the organization.
