 * Extract, clean, and process complex datasets from Snowflake using SQL, R, and AI techniques
 * Build and improve interactive dashboards with Posit Connect
 * Apply structured problem-solving to derive data-driven recommendations
 * Collaborate with Professional Development, Recruiting, Finance, and other stakeholders
 * Support people planning by assisting regional talent planning and analyses
