Some examples of projects you could work on: - Design and build new product acquisition and awareness pages on cabify.com and other brand websites across all countries. - Evolve the design of our websites, including corporate, PR, legal and campaign sections. - Contribute to design reviews, participate in critiques and glues, and offer constructive feedback. - Identify opportunities to raise the visual and interaction quality bar across web touchpoints. - Evolve patterns, components and criteria in the Web Design System. - Explore new tools, processes and ways of working, including AI-driven workflows. - Share knowledge with the wider design team. What we're looking for If you're interested, we think you could be a great fit if you have: - Interest in a hybrid working model, with 3 days a week from our Madrid office and 2 days working remotely. On top of that, we offer 6 weeks a year to work fully remotely, split into 3 weeks per semester. - A solid design process, from problem understanding to final implementation, with attention to visual quality and consistency. - Strong visual and interaction design skills to help people navigate and engage with web experiences in a simple and intuitive way. - The ability to create visual experiences that are not only useful, but also build emotion and connection with users, shaping perception and influencing behaviour. - Strong knowledge of web design constraints, HTML and CSS, and experience designing and building web experiences. - A user-centred and data-informed design mindset, with an eye on business impact. - Curiosity for new tools and processes, especially around AI-driven wo ## Description committed team, always looking to learn, share and improve together. The role As a Web Designer at Cabify, you'll work within the Technology area in the Design System/Web Team, partnering closely with Marketing, Growth and Brand teams. Your focus will be on evolving the visual and interactive quality of cabify.com and other brand websites, while contributing to a coherent web design system. We're looking for a hybrid profile, someone who is equally comfortable designing and building. You'll own your work end-to-end, from concept to implementation, writing clean HTML and CSS as part of your everyday craft.
