## About the Role

We are looking for a Cisco VoIP Support Specialist to collaborate on a project in a presential mode in Getafe. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Cisco VoIP and a high level of English., * Experience working with Cisco VoIP

 * Experience in Cisco CUCM, Cisco Jabber, UCCX
 * Basic knowledge of SIP and VoIP
 * Basic network checks skills
 * Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, etc.)
 * High level of English

## Description

The successful candidate will have experience in Cisco CUCM, Cisco Jabber, UCCX, and basic knowledge of SIP and VoIP. They will also be familiar with ITSM tools and have basic network checks skills.
