You will bridge the gap between abstract system requirements and concrete, executable test scenarios, ensuring our autonomy products are safe, reliable, and intelligent. You'll thrive in a high-stakes, dynamic environment where the processes aren't "set in stone" yet-because you're the one who will help carve them. If you are motivated by the challenge of autonomous mobility and have a knack for finding the "edge" in edge cases, we want to talk What is your Day to Day Mission: * Test Specification & Design: Analyze system-level specifications to derive executable test cases. You will ensure every test is repeatable, possesses clear acceptance criteria, and remains true to the original design intent. * Strategic Sampling: Manage massive test scenario spaces by applying smart sampling strategies to ensure maximum coverage with optimal resource use. * Multi-Modal Allocation: Efficiently allocate tests across different environments, including Simulation, Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), and Closed-Loop testing. * Execution & Oversight: Guide and monitor the execution of test suites and provide technical guidance throughout the process. * Validation & Verdicts: Evaluate test runs to provide definitive Pass/Fail/Invalid verdicts, even when dealing with nuanced system behaviors.
