Do you have experience in Standard operating procedures (SOPs)?, * Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs

## Description

* Monitor service request queues and execute tasks (e.g., cable moves, equipment installs)
 * Escort third-party vendors to/from secure data center areas
 * Create and manage support tickets for colocation vendors
 * Coordinate with low-voltage cabling vendors for cable installation needs
 * Maintain and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Secondary Responsibilities:

 * Ship and receive IT assets within the depot
