## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in macOS administration?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Must pass a criminal background Fingerprint check upon hire.

Must have a valid Texas Drivers license and reliable transportation

Education/Certification- High school diploma or GED

Knowledge/Skills

 * Knowledge of Microsoft Windows machines, iPads and Apple laptops and iMacs.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
 * Knowledge of Mac OS X systems.
 * Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
 * Willingness to learn technical processes or applications.
 * Good communication skills, both oral and written.
 * Ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and department administration.
 * Ability to lift 30-45 lbs, with no issues; ability to bend, kneel, sit, * Tier I Help Desk/Deskside support: 2 years (Required)
 * Troubleshooting macOS & some WindowsOS: 1 year (Required)

## Description

Receive, configure, and deploy tablets/ipads, desktops, laptops, and server computers into customer environments

Assist with moving IT equipment from one location to another. This requires techs to be able to lift 15-45 lbs with no issues, stoop, bend, sit, and kneel with no issues.

Basic hardware & software troubleshooting; responding to Tier I tickets (connectivity and password resets)
Provide Tier I Help Desk & Deskside support (majority macOS & some WindowsOS)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to help and advice to stakeholders that use department services and devices.
