(High School/GED and four years of relevant professional experience in addition to 5 years required experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree). * 5 years of job related experience, including one year of management, supervisory or team lead experience. * Proven proficiency with both verbal and written communication skills; Strong management skills. * Strong math and/or accounting skills. * Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills; Must be proficient in Excel.
