## About the Role

(written and spoken); German is a plus. - Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use. - 2-3 years of professional experience as a Test Analyst, QA Analyst, or Manual Tester, ideally in IT or financial services. - Understanding of test automation concepts to enable effective collaboration with the automation team. - University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus. cross-functional setups. - Analyze user stories and acceptance criteria to derive test scenarios, ensuring full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. - Log, track, and triage defects in close cooperation with developers and offshore colleagues, ensuring clear reproduction steps and timely resolution. - Maintain test documentation, traceability matrices and test evidence to support audit and compliance requirements. - Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and support knowledge transfer between onshore and offshore teams. What You Bring - Solid knowledge of manual software testing techniques (test design, execution, defect management) - ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus. - Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Xray, Zephyr, qTest, HP ALM) in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). - Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with excellent communication skills and fluent English
