Optional skills * Previous experience with ServiceNow Discovery or Service Mapping. * Advanced ITIL certifications or ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification. * Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments alongside Product Service Lines., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth. ## Description The IT Operation and Service Specialist for Asset & Configuration Data Management plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, health, and reliability of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of CMDB data, acting as a bridge between the data and the IT teams that rely on it.
