* Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de modelos de Machine Learning / Deep Learning
 * Conocimientos de IA Generativa (o experiencia inicial)
 * Experiencia en proyectos híbridos y gestión directa con negocio
 * Entendimiento de requerimientos de negocio y su posterior equivalencia a requisitos técnicos
 * Imprescindible carrera técnica (grado o licenciatura Matemáticas, Ingeniería, Teleco...)
 * Pensamiento analítico y estratégico
 * Comunicación efectiva y storytelling con datos
 * Proactividad y orientación a resultados
 * Capacidad de adaptación a entornos ágiles
