* Testen und einführen neuer Cloud- und Workplace-Technologien wie Microsoft 365, Azure oder vergleichbare Plattformen
 * Administrieren und betreuen von Server- und Virtualisierungsumgebungen auf Basis von Windows Server, VMware oder ähnlichen Plattformen
 * Planen und umsetzen von WLAN- und Netzwerkstrukturen sowie Optimieren der Connectivity
 * Einrichten und betreiben von Kollaborations- und Telefonieplattformen inklusive Support für Anwender
 * Mitwirken an der Weiterentwicklung von Managed Service Angeboten und betrieblichen Standardprozessen
 * Dokumentieren von Systemlandschaften und Erstellen klarer Statusberichte für interne Teams
 * Koordinieren externer Dienstleister und Abstimmen mit Schnittstellen aus Technik und Einkauf
