## Description

* Verantwortung für die ganzheitliche Architektur und Weiterentwicklung der CRM- und vertriebsnahen Systemlandschaft (Schwerpunkt Salesforce)
 * Konzeption skalierbarer Lösungen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey (Lead-to-Cash)
 * Analyse, Design und Optimierung von End-to-End-Vertriebsprozessen unter Einbindung angrenzender Systeme wie ERP, Marketing Automation und E-Commerce
 * Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Zielarchitekturen
 * Steuerung und Governance von Systemintegrationen sowie Schnittstellen
 * Sicherstellung konsistenter Datenmodelle, Architekturstandards und Systemdesigns
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT-Teams und externen Partnern
 * Technische Leitung von CRM-Projekten sowie Bewertung neuer Technologien im Salesforce-Umfeld
