Strong English and Spanish communication skills are required. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days per week onsite in Madrid. ## Description Lead and grow a high-performing SAP team at the heart of our global business processes. As SAP Team Manager, you will combine domain expertise with strong people leadership and a passion for Relentless Continuous Improvement. You will be responsible for building, developing and guiding a team of SAP specialists across Sales, Service and Procurement domains, ensuring high-quality, standardized and business-aligned SAP delivery. This role is centered on people, performance and continuous improvement rather than deep technical specialization. You will work closely with the SAP management team and key business stakeholders to create an environment where talent thrives and SAP capabilities continuously evolve., You are a people-first leader with a solid understanding of SAP domains such as Sales, Service and Procurement. You know how to build strong teams, develop talent and drive performance while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in shaping team structure, defining ways of working and embedding RCI practices across SAP delivery. You collaborate closely with domain experts, but your primary focus is ensuring that the team operates effectively, delivers consistent value and continuously improves.
