## About the Role

Experience Required: 3-7 Years
Working Pattern: Hybrid (Typically 50% onsite/50% remote. In exceptional circumstances this may be 30% onsite/70% remote.)

Experience: 3-7 Years, * Experience delivering Change Management within large SAP transformation programmes.

 * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementations.
 * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
 * Experience conducting business readiness and impact assessments.
 * Familiarity with recognised Change Management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent).

## Description

Lead organisational change activities across the SAP transformation programme, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement and successful adoption of new SAP processes, systems and ways of working., * Develop and execute the Change Management strategy aligned to programme objectives.

 * Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement across business and IT teams.
 * Assess organisational change impacts and support business readiness activities.
 * Coordinate communications, change interventions and leadership engagement.
 * Work closely with Functional Leads, PMO and Training teams to ensure adoption plans are delivered.
 * Monitor change readiness through surveys, assessments and feedback sessions.
 * Identify and mitigate adoption risks throughout the programme life cycle.
 * Support deployment, Go-Live and Hypercare activities to ensure successful transition.
