Compensaciones / Beneficios * Architect multi-agent systems using LangGraph and LangChain to handle complex financial queries * Productize AI u0026 GenAI solutions: backends, agent/RAG infrastructure, MCP servers, and LLM-serving layers * Champion quality and coach peers through clean architecture,
