We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant to join our Marketing Operations team. This role requires a strong technical and functional understanding of SFMC, with experience in audience and segmentation selection, the design, implementation, and execution of Customer Journeys, as well as post-campaign analysis. Main responsibilities - SFMC knowledge (license utilisation and scalability, campaign management, data governance, email template creation, testing, automation, set-up, reporting, etc.) - Develop campaign optimization processes including automation, incident management, and technology research - Work with the account management team in the creation of customer journeys in SFMC - Lead regional technical architecture strategy in SFMC - Oversee functional technology in SFMC - Keep up-to-date with latest features and technological improvements in SFMC - Prepare summaries of technical meetings in order to be able to follow up the project The role requires working 3 days onsite at the client's office in Madrid.
