## About the Role

* Strong experience in Data Platform Operations and Production Support.
 * Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, DBT, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
 * Experience with CI/CD, Git, release management, and SDLC.
 * Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, data workflows, monitoring, and incident management.
 * Understanding of Data Architecture and Data Modeling.

Nice to Have

 * Power BI Administration
 * Azure Cloud Services
 * Terraform (IaC)
 * Data Quality & Observability tools
 * Data Streaming technologies
 * FinOps and platform cost optimization, * 5+ years in Data Engineering, Data Operations, Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Production Support.
 * Experience supporting enterprise cloud data platforms in production.
 * Experience with Agile delivery and production release governance.

 * Strong communication and stakeholder management.
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

## Description

We are looking for a Data Operations Engineer to manage the operations, reliability, governance, and continuous improvement of a cloud-based Data Platform. The role involves supporting production environments, ensuring platform stability, managing deployments, and collaborating with engineering, IT Operations, and business teams., * Manage day-to-day Data Platform operations and production support.

 * Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
 * Govern Production deployments, release management, and change controls.
 * Improve CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and SDLC processes.
 * Maintain monitoring, alerting, operational documentation, and runbooks.
 * Collaborate with Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and business stakeholders.
 * Ensure platform reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
