## About the Role

This is a hands-on position in a global, collaborative environment with a strong focus on continuous learning and impact.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Design, implement and operate cybersecurity controls across IT infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments* Participate in security assessments, risk analyses, and gap analyses against security frameworks and standards* Contribute to incident response activities including investigation, containment and remediation* Participate in on-call rotation (~1 week per month) for incident response and operational cybersecurity support* Define and improve security policies, procedures, and operational processes* Collaborate with IT, DevOps, Cloud, and business teams to embed security-by-design principles* Assist in compliance and audit activities (e.g., ISO *****, NIST, GDPR)* Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations for internal and client useResponsabilidades* Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT
