 * Tool-Kompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit Jira und Confluence sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in CI/CD-gestützten Entwicklungsprozessen.
 * Agile Methoden: Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban, inklusive Sprintplanung und Backlog-Management.
 * Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse im technischen Umfeld.
