 * Erfahrung in der Integration von Cloud-Services im Microsoft-Ökosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, APIs)
 * Fähigkeit, Geschäftsanforderungen in technische, skalierbare Lösungen zu übersetzen
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie souveränes Auftreten im Kundenkontakt, auch auf C-Level-Ebene
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten

* Einbringen neuer Trends wie Generative AI, Copilot und moderne Automatisierungsansätze in Kundenprojekte
 * Konzeption, Entwicklung und Umsetzung komplexer Lösungen auf der Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
 * Design und Implementierung intelligenter Automatisierungen unter Einsatz von AI-, Copilot- und Generative-AI-Funktionalitäten
 * Verantwortung für Teilbereiche in internationalen Rollouts sowie Skalierung von Power-Platform-Lösungen in Unternehmenslandschaften
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Übersetzung in skalierbare, AI-gestützte Low-Code-/Pro-Code-Lösungen
 * Integration von Power Platform Lösungen in bestehende Microsoft- und Azure-Architekturen (Microsoft 365, Azure Services, APIs)
