 * Integrationen & Datenflüsse: u. a. Mirth Connect, HL7, FHIR - robuste, sichere Schnittstellen.
 * API-Design: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung interner und externer APIs (Versionierung, Auth, Rate-Limiting).
