 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows- und Linux-Administration

 * Vertraut im Umgang mit Cloud-Services wie AWS und Azure
 * Erfahrung mit Backup-Konzepten und -Tools
 * Kenntnisse in der Integration und technischen Betreuung von CRM und ERP Systemen, EPLAN oder SolidWorks von Vorteil
 * Kenntnisse in Skriptsprachen (z. B. Bash, Python, PowerShell) wünschenswert
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

Wir suchen einen vielseitigen IT-Spezialisten der/die mit breitem Know-how und Hands-on-Mentalität unsere gesamte IT-Infrastruktur betreut - von Arbeitsplatzrechnern über Server und Netzwerke bis hin zu Cloud-Diensten, Backup-Systemen, Automatisierung und ERP-Integrationen.

 * Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatz-PCs, Laptops und Peripheriegeräten
 * Administration unserer lokalen Server (Windows/Linux) sowie Cloud-Umgebungen (AWS & Azure)
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres internen Netzwerks inkl. WLAN, VPN und Telekommunikation
 * Pflege und Absicherung der IT-Infrastruktur, inkl. Verwaltung der Sophos Firewall
 * Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Datensicherungen und Backup-Strategien
 * Technische Betreuung und Integration unserer Systeme wie Odoo (ERP), Salesforce (CRM) sowie Entwicklungstools wie EPLAN und SolidWorks
 * Entwicklung von Schnittstellen und Automatisierung kleinerer Geschäftsprozesse (z. B. mit Python, Bash oder PowerShell)
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Websites (z. B. WordPress)
 * Anwendersupport (1st- & 2nd-Level) und Schulung von Kolleg*innen
 * Mitwirkung bei Themen wie IT-Security, Datenschutz und Systemdokumentation
