and technical discussions within the team.What You Bring5+ years of hands?on experience in backend application development and maintenance, with strong expertise in Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3 (advanced concepts, clean code, best practices).
Proven experience designing, building and maintaining RESTful APIs with Spring Boot (performance, scalability and maintainability).
Hands?on experience with Kafka and event?driven architectures, including Spring Boot integration and messaging patterns.Solid experience with MongoDB / NoSQL (data modeling and performance?oriented querying).
Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems, with an interest in sound architecture and decoupled designs (e.g., design patterns, DDD, hexagonal architecture).
