As Engineering Manager in the Customer eXperience vertical, you lead a cross-functional team to simplify travel changes and cancellations for customers. You shape technical direction for the payments domain and ensure high-performance delivery that adds real value to users. You mentor engineers, drive excellence, and partner with product, architecture, and data science to scale the platform. This role offers hands-on leadership in a hybrid, outcome-focused environment with a strong focus on learning and growth., * Lead and grow a cross-functional agile team of 7-10 software engineers

 * Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, and Data Science to define technical strategy for payments
 * Translate functional specs into high-performance designs and break work into valuable tasks
