## About the Role

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
 * Deep knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (PTC Creo/Windchill or Siemens NX/Teamcenter).
 * Comfort handling large assemblies.
 * Experience in configuration management and modularisation.
 * At least five years of experience in a similar role.
 * Advanced English (C1).
 * Extroverted personality and ability to bring people together.
 * Self-starter, results-oriented and deadline-focused.

## Description

* Lead mechanical design efforts for tower integration and layout optimization.
 * Create geometry-based design space models and perform system integration within tower layouts.
 * Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to review and validate designs.
 * Support cross-functional teams to integrate components while respecting product management and production constraints.
 * Identify synergies across projects to increase reuse of parts and reduce complexity and cost.
 * Define scope of new designs based on Engineering Change Requests.
 * Perform configuration management and maintain modularisation of assemblies.
 * Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure geometrical and HSE requirements are met.
