* Unterstützung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus dem Rechenzentrum sowie Mitarbeitenden aus Verwaltung, Technik und Wissenschaft bei der täglichen Nutzung der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Verantwortung für die täglich anfallenden Arbeiten im Anwenderumfeld gemeinsam mit dem IT-Support-Team
 * Reparatur von vorhandener PC-Hardware und Peripherie bzw. Veranlassung von Reparaturen
 * Beschaffung von PC-Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
 * Installation von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
 * Dokumentation der eingesetzten Hard- und Software
