## Description

 * Leite komplexe Fälle an weiterführende Supportstufen oder verantwortliche Fachbereiche weiter
 * Installiere, konfiguriere und warte Clients, Peripheriegeräte und mobile Endgeräte nach internen Standards
 * Unterstütze beim Aufbau und der Betreuung von Netzwerkinfrastruktur und Standortvernetzung
 * Gestalte und pflege System- und Anwenderdokumentationen sowie Wissensdatenbanken
 * Mitwirke bei der Automatisierung von IT-Services durch workflow-basierte Prozesse
 * Entlaste die Teamleitung operativ und übernimmteilweise organisatorische Abstimmungen
