## Description

* Analyse, Optimierung und Umsetzung personalwirtschaftlicher Prozesse mit Fokus auf SAP HCM, SAP HXM und SuccessFactors
 * Beratung und Begleitung unserer Kunden in HR-IT-Transformationsprojekten inkl. Migrationen und Cloud-Lösungen
 * Customizing und Implementierung von SAP HCM/HXM-Modulen (PA, PT, OM, PY, ESS/MSS)
 * Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen sowie Moderation von Kundenworkshops und Erstellung technischer und fachlicher Spezifikationen
 * Steuerung und Umsetzung von (Teil-)Projekten inkl. fachlicher Verantwortung im Projektteam
 * Unterstützung im laufenden HR-Systembetrieb sowie im Support nach dem Go-Live
 * Förderung des Wissenstransfers sowie Coaching von Junior Consultants und Mitarbeit an internen Innovationsprojekten
