Responsibilities Architect, implement and manage cloud-native platforms on Azure and/or AWS Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks using tools like Git Lab Deploy and optimize Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration systems Develop infrastructure-as-code templates (Terraform or similar) for resource management Establish operational observability practices, including monitoring, logging and alerting Identify performance bottlenecks and lead root-cause analysis for critical incidents Create and integrate automation tools to improve developer productivity and release velocity Ensure security, compliance and high availability across multi-cloud environments Partner with development teams to design and deliver deployment strategies Contribute to platform reliability engineering and disaster recovery testing Requirements 15+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, Dev Ops or cloud engineering 7+ years in public cloud platforms
(Microsoft Azure and/or AWS) Proven experience supporting business-critical applications with high availability requirements Deep knowledge in Kubernetes and container orchestration, serverless compute platforms, Infrastructure as Code (e.G., Terraform), CI/CD pipeline architecture and YAML pipelines, and monitoring and observability tools, including Prometheus, Splunk, or similar Hands-on coding experience in Python (required) and one statically typed, object-oriented language (e.G., Java or C#) Familiarity with enterprise security, cloud networking and API integration Experience troubleshooting production workloads and performing root-cause analysis Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate in a global team Nice to have Familiarity with Bazel/MSBuild, Java Script/Type Script Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or Terraform certification Experience with financial
