* Experience of managing SAP HCM projects 5-10 years.
 * First line of communication for project team members, stakeholders and customers in the project organization.
 * Knowledge of project financials and -controlling and put them into praxis.
 * Leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
 * Good presentation and business correspondence skills
 * Knowledge of the Project Management Processes and know how to put them into practice, Certifications is a plus
 * Full working proficiency in German and English landuages is a must
