* Design, develop and enhance a complex custom ServiceNow application.
 * Build and maintain solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices.
 * Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions and Flow Designer solutions.
 * Configure and customise ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows and integrations.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
 * Troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews and contribute to release activities.
