Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline. - 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on embedded systems. - Advanced proficiency in object-oriented design and C++. - Demonstrated experience with RTOS and
bare-metal real-time embedded software development. - Full software development lifecycle expertise. - Familiarity with Ethernet communications and embedded protocols. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proven experience leading software development and cross-functional engineering efforts. - Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Control Account, and Work Package management. Preferred Skills - Experience with software management and engineering development processes. - Familiarity with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and BAE Systems Life Cycle Management. - Cybersecurity knowledge, including Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO). - Cybersecurity certifications. - Experience in weapon systems or combat vehicle software development.
