Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: * MSP Experience: Proven experience managing or working closely with an external Managed Service Provider (MSP). * Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), IT infrastructure, and data modeling. * Documentation Skills: Expert capability in creating business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams. * Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business terms for stakeholders and negotiate with vendors. * Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and requirement management tools. * CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. * Experience in ITIL framework. ## Description The Manager, IT Business Analysis leads the IT business analysis function, directing and auditing the activities of our external Managed Service Provider (MSP). This position acts as the crucial bridge between internal business departments and the MSP, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications, overseeing the MSP's project delivery, managing the project backlog, and ensuring SLA compliance.
