Konzeption und Gestaltung von SAP HXM-Lösungen mit Fokus auf SuccessFactors, inklusive der Erarbeitung von Lösungsarchitekturen.Beratung und Empfehlungen zu verschiedenen SAP SuccessFactors Modulen wie EC, RCM, PMGM, COMP, LMS und SP.Leitung der technischen Umsetzung von SAP-SuccessFactors-Projekten, einschließlich Konfiguration und Anbindung an externe Systeme.Erstellung und Dokumentation von technischen Spezifikationen und Lösungskonzepten.Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für Kunden und interne Projektteams.
