## Description

* ein hochmotiviertes Entwicklungsteam von ca. 8-15 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Datenmanagement-Prozesse und Datenanalysen fachlich, organisatorisch und disziplinarisch führen
 * zusammen mit ihrem Team und ihren Kollegen die SMT zu einem prozess- und datengetriebenen Unternehmen weiterentwickeln
 * die strategische und fachliche Ausrichtung der Gruppe in Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern, Produktion, Projekten und der SMT-Roadmap aktiv gestalten und ihr Team so zum Erfolg führen
 * erforderliche Kompetenzen und Ressourcen der Gruppe ermitteln, nach Bedarf bereitstellen oder entwickeln sowie ihre eigene Fach- und Methodenkompetenz in Projekte einbringen
 * fachgerechte Entwicklungsergebnisse einschließlich Dokumentation, Reviews und Reporting sicherstellen
