 * Own the global enterprise platform portfolio and operating model.
 * Lead platform modernisation, rationalisation and cloud transformation initiatives.
 * Drive operational excellence across all platform service towers.
 * Define global governance, standards and service management frameworks.
 * Build and manage strategic technology vendor partnerships.
 * Lead globally distributed teams and managed service providers.
 * Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability and cost efficiency.
 * Drive automation, AI enablement and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Build and continuously evolve a product-centric and service-oriented operating model.
