 * Define and execute the global Engineering strategy and roadmap.
 * Own the global investment portfolio and capability roadmap.
 * Partner closely with Engineering, R&D and Product Management leadership teams.
 * Lead global digital transformation programs across PLM, Engineering Data and Digital Product platforms.
 * Establish target architectures and technology standards.
 * Drive innovation in AI, Digital Twin, Digital Thread and Engineering Analytics.
 * Manage strategic technology vendors and partnerships.
 * Lead globally distributed teams and external partners.
 * Ensure governance, cybersecurity, compliance and operational excellence.
 * Build and continuously evolve a modern product-centric operating model.
