## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Maschinenbau (mindestens Bachelor)
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Design Engineer, idealerweise in der Luft- und Raumfahrt

 * Deutschkenntnisse auf versiertem Niveau; Englisch verhandlungssicher (mind. C1); Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
 * Alternativ zum Studium: abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit langjähriger einschlägiger Erfahrung und Zusatzqualifikationen im Bereich Konstruktion
 * Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine motivierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Eine gültige, uneingeschränkte Arbeitserlaubnis für die Europäische Union (kein Studentenvisum) zwingend notwendig

## Description

* Fachbereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit als technische Schnittstelle in einem multidisziplinären Team zur Abstimmung von Entwicklungszielen
 * Technisches Lieferantenmanagement für kritische Getriebe- und Antriebskomponenten
 * Root Cause Analysis und aktive Mitwirkung bei Fehleranalysen zur Sicherstellung der Lufttüchtigkeit
 * Technische Unterstützung in Fertigung, Montage, Instandhaltung (MRO) und bei Prüfstandsversuchen
 * Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Getriebekomponenten zur Erhöhung der Überholungsintervalle und Reduzierung von Ausfallrisiken
 * Interne Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen wie Strukturanalyse, Qualität, Fertigung, Flugerprobung und Projektmanagement
 * Direkter Produktbezug durch Arbeit an physischen Komponenten und Aktivitäten am Hubschrauber
