 * Du kombinierst strategisches Denken mit unternehmerischem Handeln und bist bereit, unsere Consulting-Organisation als Vice President Planning aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und in die Zukunft zu führen, * Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung (Team- und Bereichsleitung) im BI-, EPM-, Controlling-Umfeld
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Consulting
 * Nachweisbare Expertise im Design und in der Implementierung moderner Planungs- und Reporting-Lösungen, sowie dem Einsatz von produktivitätssteigernden KI-Lösungen
 * Tiefes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen, Unternehmenssteuerung und Controlling
 * Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, MBA oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
 * Technologisches Know-how in Jedox, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) oder anderen gängigen BI- und Planungstools
 * Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke auf Managementebene
 * Wohnsitz in Deutschland oder Umzugsbereitschaft
 * Fließende Deutsch-, sowie fließende Englisch-Kenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau)

Deine Mission

 * Strategische Weiterentwicklung, Innovationsverantwortung (KI, Produkte, etc.), sowie fachliche und hierarchische Führung des Planning-Consulting-Teams in Deutschland, der Schweiz und Südafrika
 * Channel-Verantwortung für Diamant-Partner Jedox
 * Verantwortung für das gesamte Kunden- und Projektportfolio inkl. Budgets, Qualitätssicherung des Consulting-Bereichs Planning
 * Vertrauensvolle und zielführende Kollaboration mit weiteren Technologiepartnern, der HICO-Geschäftsleitung und -Kolleg:innen
 * Aktive Leitung komplexer Projekte - von der Konzeption bis zum Roll-out, sowie Risiko- und Konfliktmanagement
