Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence or related functions * Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect data to business decisions * Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities * Experience working in international and highly matrixed organizations * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint * Experience with Power BI and enterprise reporting systems * Familiarity with systems such as OneStream, GSR, Salesforce, Control or similar platforms * Strong storytelling and presentation capabilities with ability to simplify complex topics * Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal * Demonstrated autonomy, flexibility, proactivity and execution mindset * Ability to manage ambiguity and independently drive outcomes ## Description We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Principal Business Analyst to support the ENT International organization across RLM and OLM geographies.
