La empresa está en plena transformación hacia una organización orientada a agentes de IA. El objetivo es que cada área operativa (ventas, operaciones, monitoreo, reporting) funcione con agentes especializados y automatizados. No es "añadir IA al producto": es redefinir cómo funciona la empresa entera., * Mapear flujos operacionales e identificar qué automatizar

 * Diseñar e implementar servicios backend modulares con lógica de orquestación clara
 * Trabajar con mentalidad data-first: modelar datos antes de escribir código
 * Prototipar rápido e industrializar después
