You will work with internal stakeholders to identify AI use cases, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and communicate the platform's strategy and impact to senior leadership. Reporting to the VP Technology Operations & Strategy, you will connect business and technical teams to deliver impactful AI initiatives. What it means on a daily basis Product Strategy & Roadmap * Define, prioritize, and own the AI Platform roadmap and backlog based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility. * Partner with business teams to identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases, while promoting AI literacy and helping stakeholders translate needs into solutions. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Strategy * Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, leading discovery sessions, managing expectations, and communicating priorities, timelines, and trade-offs. * Drive product adoption through onboarding, training, documentation, communication initiatives, demos, workshops, and continuous feedback loops. Governance & Compliance * Define and monitor key product KPIs (adoption, business impact, user satisfaction) and report outcomes to leadership. * Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, AI governance, and regulatory requirements, while tracking platform usage and impact across teams. What success will look like Success will be defined by strong cross-functional relationships enabling continuous feedback, increased Ask AI adoption, and the delivery of flagship AI agents demonstrating clear business ROI Who you would be working with You will collaborate closely with the VP Technology, operations and strategy, enterprise architects, and a technical committee (Co-Tech) responsible for validating decisions with Data Privacy, Legal, and Security. You will also work with business stakeholders to gather and refine needs, and with development teams to translate those needs into built and scalable solutions.
