Requirements We are looking for a tenacious problem-solver with the autonomy to challenge the status quo and the initiative to propose new ways of working ,Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ,At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis.
A combination of Big Four and industry experience is highly desirable ,Strong knowledge of financial reporting principles ,Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reconciliation tools ,Fluent in English is required, with the ability to conduct meetings with international colleagues ,Experience in process improvement or automation, or system integrations (ERP implementations, transformation projects) will be highly valued What the job involves The Senior Accountant will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and standardization of financial reporting and closing processes ,You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate closing timelines, build robust reconciliation tools, and lead the integration of systems across our Spain & UK subsidiaries.
