* Betreuung von Managed Service Verträgen im Hinblick auf Servicequalität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit
 * Kommunikation mit Kund:innen, internen Fachbereichen und Dienstleistern - du sorgst dafür, dass alle Beteiligten gut informiert sind
 * Unterstützung bei Eskalationen, Major Incidents und Service-Transitions
 * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Serviceprozessen, ITSM-Standards und Tools
 * Dokumentation, Auswertung und Pflege der Serviceaktivitäten in Ticketsystemen
 * Mitarbeit in internen Projekten - z. B. zur Verbesserung von Prozessen und Schnittstellen
