The specialist serves as the primary point of contact for application issues, configurations, and integrations - partnering with operations, finance, warehouse, and digital commerce teams to keep each system running efficiently. SQL querying is used as a diagnostic tool for troubleshooting configuration issues; this is not a database administration or reporting role. Proficiency with standard IT support tools including ticketing systems, RMM, remote access, and project management platforms is required., * Configure and maintain ERP system settings including user roles, pricing rules, station setup, workflow parameters, and integrated modules * Troubleshoot ERP issues across POS, inventory, purchasing, AR, and reporting; coordinate upgrades and patches with vendor * Configure and support WMS workflows for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping; manage user roles and label/form customizations * Support accounting platform configuration, user access, integration with ERP, and assist finance with data imports, exports, and reconciliation * Monitor EDI transaction queues, resolve errors, coordinate with trading partners and VAN providers, and assist with onboarding new partners * Configure and support eCommerce platform settings and storefront; ensure accurate product, pricing, and inventory sync with ERP and WMS * Write T-SQL queries to verify configuration settings, identify data inconsistencies, and trace root causes of application issues * Manage support requests via ticketing system; use RMM and remote access tools to monitor application health and assist end users * Maintain system documentation; manage user accounts and permissions; deliver Tier 2/3 support and training across all supported platforms, * Can you describe your hands-on experience supporting and configuring ERP systems?
